GSEN Mentorship Program

The Global Space Enablers Network (GSEN) FREE Mentorship Program accelerates the people who enables space. Our focus is on ecosystem builders—the founders, organizers, educators, and public-sector champions enabling space innovation in emerging and developing economies.

By pairing them with seasoned mentors and practical tools, GSEN lowers barriers and democratizes access to space opportunities—so more countries, communities, and organizations can participate in (and benefit from) the global space economy.

Who it’s for: incubator/accelerator leads, space startup community organizers, university lab/program coordinators, non-profit/NGO space facilitators, government and agency program managers, and mission-driven founders building local space capacity.

Why Participate

  • Ecosystem-builder first: Not just for startups and entrepreneurs—this is designed for the people who enable system wide initiatives and programs across sectors.

  • Global + local: Mentors have practical experience across space policy, education, venture, engineering, EO/Geospatial, payloads, downstream apps, community building, and funding—matched to your local context.

  • Outcome-driven sprints: Short cycles with clear deliverables (e.g., launch a local meetup, design a mini-accelerator, draft a national challenge, set up a university CubeSat track, stand up an EO pilot with a government partner).

  • Peer circles: Learn from peers facing similar constraints (funding, talent, regulation, infrastructure) across regions.

  • Warm introductions: Targeted intros to partners/sponsors/programs when your project is ready.

  • Resource access: Cohort recordings, Knowledge Base, and alumni network remain available after the program.
